By kenko Tokina USA. All our products are manufactured to precise standards and have been
subject to stringent quality control inspections throughout the
manufacturing process. They are warranted to be free from defects in
material and craftsmanship. Tokina Cinema filters carry a one-year
limited warranty. Our warranty only applies to products originally
distributed in the United States by Kenko Tokina USA, Inc. AND purchased
from an authorized dealer in the USA. Even for warranty repairs the
customer is responsible for shipping charges to Kenko Tokina USA.
Tokina Cinema does not require customers to register their
filter purchase. Please retain your Kenko Tokina USA warranty card in a
safe place and only send it in WITH the filter and a copy of sales
receipt should it need repair.

What to send with product:
A copy of your Sales Receipt from an AUTHORIZED Kenko Tokina
USA Dealer and the original un-expired Kenko Tokina USA, Inc. (or Kenko
Corp.) warranty card you received when you purchased the product, and a
short note explaining the problem you are experiencing with the product.
Return shipping:
We will cover return shipping for warranty repairs only to an
address within the United States, by UPS ground service. If repaired
product has to be returned outside of the 50 United States, the customer
is responsible for return shipping costs, including but not limited to
customs duty and V.A.T. in the country of destination. Customers
residing outside of the United States should contact us for shipping
charges which are payable in advance in U.S. dollars.
Insurance:
Repaired products are insured for their replacement value at no additional charge.
Non-Warranty Repairs
Please follow the same procedure outlined above. You will
receive an estimate in the mail or you may request an estimate by email.
Return shipping charges are included in the repair estimate.
